Cancellation Policy (Withdrawal Policy)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day the contract is concluded. We thereby voluntarily grant you a longer withdrawal period than required by law (14 days); your statutory rights are not restricted by this.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Phoenix Immobilien Invest GmbH, Schützenstraße 8b, 32584 Löhne, Germany, email: support@easysimy.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal for a contract on the provision of eSIM data access expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you (a) expressly agreed that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and (b) confirmed your knowledge that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.

Since eSIMs are provided immediately after receipt of payment, we obtain this consent and confirmation of knowledge during the ordering process before the order is completed. If you do not give your consent, the eSIM will only be provided after the 30-day withdrawal period has expired.

Voluntary Money-Back Guarantee Remains Unaffected

Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, our voluntary money-back guarantee applies: if your eSIM does not work for reasons for which we or the network operator are responsible and our support cannot solve the problem, we will refund the full purchase price within 30 days of purchase (details in § 9 of our Terms and Conditions). Your statutory rights are not restricted by this.
