Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a proportionate amount corresponding to the services already provided up to the point in time at which you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Special Note on the Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal for a contract for the provision of services (provision of eSIM data access) expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and only began the performance after you
a) expressly agreed that we begin with the performance of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
b) confirmed your knowledge that by your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal with the beginning of the performance of the service.
Since eSIM data packages are usually activated immediately after receipt of payment, we obtain this consent explicitly before completing the order (e.g., via a checkbox in the ordering process). Without your consent, activation will only occur after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
