What does taking part cost?
Nothing. There are no fees, no minimum sales and no fixed term.
How do I get my discount code?
After we approve your application we set up your personal code in the shop. As soon as it is active it appears in your creator area and you receive an email — there is nothing to apply for.
How much does my community get, how much do I get?
That is agreed individually and can differ per code — for example a percentage off for your community, or a “buy 2, get 1 free” promotion. Both the discount and your commission rate are shown for every code in your creator area.
Can I have several codes?
Yes. Many creators use a percentage code plus a promotional code, each with its own commission rate. Your area shows orders, revenue and commission separately for every code.
Why codes instead of links?
A code works everywhere: in a video, in a story, spoken in a podcast. Links are often not clickable there or are swallowed by tracking blockers. And your community sees straight away what it gets.
When and how am I paid?
Every order with your code is recorded automatically and shown in your creator area, together with your open balance. You store your bank details there; we transfer on request, usually within 14 days. There is no minimum payout amount.
What happens with returns or cancellations?
The commission is reduced in proportion to the amount refunded, and lapses entirely on a full reversal. You can see this in your area with every order.
Do I need a minimum following?
No. What matters to us is whether your audience actually travels — not how large it is.
Does my code work for every destination?
Percentage codes apply to the whole range: country, regional and world plans. A “buy 2, get 1 free” promotion applies to the products of the respective promotion — you can see which ones in your area.
Do I have to label advertising?
Yes. Paid collaborations and commission arrangements must be labelled. How you do it is up to you — that you do it is a condition of taking part.
